Sounds like the vent cover you need is the replacement for Ventline Old-Style Rounded Dome Trailer Roof Vents which comes in Smoke # BV0554-03 as well as White # BV0554-01. These have the continuous hinge and fit the standard 14" x 14" vents.
Sometimes the measurements are a little weird depending on where you measure but I've never heard of a 13" x 13" vent opening before which is why I recommend the ones above for the 14" configuration.

1. Check the power and ground at the unit. You should have the ground ran directly to the chassis of the trailer and should see 12 volts when checking the power with a multimeter # PT89ZR.
2. The drain line could be clogged or frozen over. You'll need to unplug the unit, open the doors, and let it thaw out.

The only brackets we currently offer for RV steps are the Lippert Outriggers for Manual RV Steps # LC301704, which would mount directly to the frame of the trailer. The brackets you have are an older style of Draw Tite brackets which aren't currently supported. So that means is you'd need a new system that includes new brackets. Which even if your brackets were still supported by the time you'd piece together a kit with everything but the brackets you'd be at or above cost of getting a new system.

If you are just going to be cleaning your hubs and packing the bearings with fresh Grease # L11390 you will want a set of Seals # RG06-050 for each of your 3,500lb axles. Furrion and Voyager components unfortunately are not compatible with each other so you would have to remove the Furrion prewiring and switch to compatible wiring for your Voyager camera. You'll need to remove the Furrion shark fin mount and then pull the wire harness out from the wall to cut it from the factory wiring.
